Hello, Noticed you're hiring for Senior Software Engineer at iO Associates. I've come across a strong backend profile that could be worth a quick look—highlights below: • 7+ years as a Senior Software Engineer leading a squad at a Series B healthtech scale-up, owning booking and notifications microservices. • End-to-end delivery of Node.js/TypeScript microservices on AWS, including migration from Lambda monolith to ECS, plus deployment tooling with AWS CDK and GitHub Actions. • Improved backend latency by 40% and led interview loops for backend hires. Based in Bishopston, Bristol, open to hybrid roles. Worth a quick 10 mins?
